RETURNS
Once you have placed your order, you cannot make changes as our system is automated. Additions, free items, etc. cannot be added to your order once it has been placed. In order to be eligible for a return, the item/s must be new and the packing unopened. Items must also be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please note: any returns require a receipt and are in store only.
We offer returns/exchanges on items returned in resalable condition unused and in its original packaging. Products considered “resalable” have been unopened, unused, not tampered, etc.
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect item, or an item you ordered is deemed out of stock upon fulfillment, we would be more than happy to correct your order or issue you a full repayment on those items. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method supplied at checkout.
